My Property Repairs, founded in 2023, offers outstanding repair and maintenance services to a wide range of clients on the Sunshine Coast and North Brisbane.
Our clientele includes early childhood education and care services, rental properties, aged care facilities, and schools. We take pride in delivering top-notch services to ensure the upkeep and functionality of these important institutions.
We are committed to providing a genuine service, based on quality workmanship through good communication. We talk to the client to determine their needs and provide quality materials and a follow up on all work completed.
About Richard
My Property Repairs was established in April 2023. Richard, the Director, dedicated years to the restoration of his personal residence—a beach house from 1953 located in Maroochydore.
Alongside this endeavour, he served as a Schools Officer for Education Queensland for a brief period of 12 months. In this role, Richard successfully repurposed materials within a limited budget, showcasing his resourcefulness.
It was during this time that he recognised his entrepreneurial drive and decided to embark on his own business venture. Richard believes in quality workmanship, client satisfaction and transparency with costings.
Richard’s ultimate goal was to establish a professional property repairs and maintenance service that would afford him the freedom to work independently and spend quality time with his family.
