My Property Repairs was established in April 2023. Richard, the Director, dedicated years to the meticulous restoration of his personal residence—an enchanting beach house from 1953 located in Maroochydore. 

Alongside this endeavour, he served as a Schools Officer for Education Queensland for a brief period of 12 months. In this role, Richard successfully repurposed materials within a limited budget, showcasing his resourcefulness. 

It was during this time that he recognised his entrepreneurial drive and decided to embark on his own business venture. Richard believes in quality workmanship and client satisfaction over a quick and cheap service.

Richard’s ultimate goal was to establish a professional property repairs and maintenance service that would afford him the freedom to work independently and spend quality time with his three young boys.
